Hiring Process

Location: Okinawa Prefecture
Working Hours: Variable working hour system on an annual basis (Total annual working hours: 2,000 hours)
Average 40 working hours per week / Shift system
* Working hours vary depending on operational conditions, fishing yields, weather, etc.
* Pursuant to Article 41 of the Labor Standards Act, regulations regarding working hours, breaks, and days off do not apply to the fishing industry.
Job Description: You will perform the following duties based on instructions from the shipowner and captain:
Operational support as a fishing vessel crew member
Preparation, cleaning, and tidying up before and after departures
Assisting with maintenance of fishing gear and equipment
Other incidental duties deemed necessary by the shipowner or captain

Job Description: In-plant processing operations and delivery duties
Packaging, butchering, and processing marine products in the food processing plant
Preparing processed products for shipment and delivering them to clients
Production coordination and management

Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:00
Job Description: Quality control operations at the seafood processing facility
Microbiological testing of items manufactured at the processing plant
Nutritional calculation and batch label creation based on the Food Labeling Act
Monitoring tasks based on HACCP management methods, etc.

* Short-time shifts from 4 hours a day are also available
